Dry Time

Natural curing time 5 minutes to 1 hour.

Recoat Interval

No need to separate the time between each application.

Application Environment

Ambient temperature and humidity have no impact on drying time in construction.

Dilution Ratio

Ready for use without dilution.

If necessary, dilute with 20% pure water or tap water.

Suitable Primer

Apply directly without primer.

Application Method

Spray (diluted with 20% water)

Scrape (Surface Smoothing) / Pouring

Shelf Life

Unopened storage for 5 years.

(Once mixed, use within 1 hour.)

Application Procedure

Step 1.

Mix components A and B thoroughly

before use.

Step 2.

Clean and dry the substrate surface, removing impurities and oil, prior to coating.

Step 3.

If existing coatings are present, physically remove them before
applying HERMES Fire Retardant Coating to prevent delamination.

Step 4.

Achieve a fire-retardant thickness

> 2.5mm using standard spray/brush application.
